When we first began roasting, we set out to create a coffee that would appeal to everyone — bold enough for seasoned drinkers, yet smooth and approachable for daily sipping. After much practice (and a little luck), Organic Funky Chicken was born.

This signature blend brings together three coffees from three origins, each roasted to different profiles, creating one of the most complex yet balanced medium-dark roasts you’ll ever taste.
