At Bibi’s Pantry, we want every customer to enjoy a positive experience with our products. Because many of our items are perishable, we have a specific returns and refund process. Please review the details below.


Perishable Products

  • Due to their nature, perishable items such as caviar, saffron, teas, oils, and condiments cannot be returned once opened or used.

  • If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review your case and issue a replacement or refund if eligible.


Non-Perishable Products

  • Certain non-perishable items (such as accessories or packaged dry goods) may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.


Dropshipped Products

  • Some of our items are fulfilled by trusted dropshipping partners. In these cases, delivery schedules and return procedures may vary slightly. We will coordinate with our partners to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Final Sale Items

  • Some items may be marked “Final Sale” and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
