Sourced from Café Pacayal in the Marcala region of southwest Honduras, this coffee reflects a new generation of producers. Pacayal was founded by the children of coffee farmers in response to the growing climate crisis, with a mission to support women producers and young farmers while driving innovation in harvesting and processing practices.
The result is a medium roast washed coffee that’s as inspiring as it is delicious. Expect a spicy cinnamon aroma leading into a cup layered with dark chocolate richness, dry wine complexity, and bright orange peel notes.
