Sourced from small farms in the Bombe Kebele mountains of Sidama, this lot is processed at the Ayla specialty coffee washing station, founded in 2018 by Faysel Abdosh Yonis of Testi Specialty Coffee. Around 800 smallholder farmers contribute their hand-picked cherries, ensuring a cup of exceptional quality and complexity.

The result is a washed light roast with lively notes of fresh blueberry, black tea, and lime zest, layered with a hint of hops and a delicate lavender aroma.
