Grown on Jose Musse’s small farm in Inzá, this washed light roast is clean, sweet, and juicy, with a buttery mouthfeel and light body. The cup opens with fresh fruit notes, reminiscent of strawberry tea and sweet tomato, creating a layered and unique drinking experience.
The Inzá region — part of the Colombian Massif (Nudo de Almaguer) — is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, home to volcanoes, steep river valleys, and some of Colombia’s most fertile volcanic soils. With hot, dry days and cool, humid nights, these growing conditions encourage the development of the complex flavors that make this cup shine.
